I’m Rachel Nelson, owner of Koehler Insurance Solutions. For the past 7 years, I’ve been helping individuals, families, and Medicare beneficiaries navigate their insurance options with honest guidance, personalized service, and ongoing support. I provide personalized guidance for Medicare, Individual & Family Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Dental, Cancer, and supplemental coverage options.

As an independent insurance broker, I work with multiple carriers to help clients find coverage that fits their unique needs and budget. My goal is to make insurance simple, understandable, and to provide a trusted resource you can count on.

I’ve lived from the East Coast to the West Coast and back again, but Wisconsin has always been home. Growing up here and eventually returning has given me a deep appreciation for the communities I serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my two golden retrievers, who keep life full of laughter and adventure. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my clients and help protect what matters most to them.
